For one business and one service area:
• One responsive website/landing page with up to five sections, hosting, and one revision round.
• One monthly SEO/content update and a short activity report. Rankings, traffic, leads and sales are not guaranteed.
• Setup of one business number for missed-call text-back and professional follow-ups. Includes up to 500 SMS segments and 200 forwarded-call minutes per billing month. We contact you before the allowance is exceeded; no automatic overage charges. Additional usage requires your approval.
• Payment reminders can use your existing payment link. We agree on the payment-status source and consent/opt-out process during onboarding; reminders are not activated until that is configured.
After payment, complete your business details and choose a 30-minute onboarding appointment, daily 2–8pm US Central, at least 24 hours after payment verification. Your booking confirmation includes a preparation checklist.
First website draft: within seven business days after onboarding and receipt of required materials/access. Phone/text activation depends on provider compatibility and any required carrier registration. Keep your existing phone service until setup is confirmed. We will give you an activation schedule during onboarding.
Support: [email protected], with a response target of two business days. Video production, advertising management, ad spend, extra pages, domain purchases and custom integrations are separate optional services.
Cancel by emailing [email protected] before your next renewal. We confirm cancellation and stop future renewals. Service continues through the paid billing period. Contact billing for billing disputes or refund requests.
You retain your domain and supplied materials. On cancellation, we provide an export of the website content we created and help transfer a dedicated phone number where the carrier permits. Hosting and managed automations end with the paid service period. Third-party accounts remain subject to their provider's terms.
